Lionel Dean Griffin

Lionel Dean Griffin lived a majority of his life in Maryland where he was born. He made friends wherever he went, and almost always had a smile on his face. His favorite ways to spend his time were with family and friends, on the beach, researching anything and everything online, talking tech, drinking coffee, and giving belly rubs to his dog, Bella. Dean dedicated a lot of his life to working hard, his most favorite jobs were being a firefighter in his early life and a paramedic in the latter part of his career. He always had a drive to help others, and for a time, found being a first responder a rewarding way to do so. The last four years of his life, Dean decided to take a chance and live out a dream life in Florida. One of those dreams was being a flight medic. Another was to spend as much time as possible on the beach and relaxing at home with his wife, son, and Bella. Dean Griffin had an amazing forty-nine years where he explored his curiosity, loved to learn new things, made friends with everyone he met, and had a happy-go-lucky approach to life. He will be dearly missed by many, most especially by his wife and son.
