Edilma Dowling, age 82, of Spring Hill, Florida, passed away peacefully January 12, 2025. Born Edilma Franco in Cali, Colombia, she was one of 13 siblings in a loving, close-knit family. Edilma's journey took her far from her birthplace, as she moved to New York in the 1960s, where she began building a new life. In the 1980s, she relocated to Clearwater, Florida, where she raised her family with her then-husband, Bill Dowling.
A private family Celebration of Life was held in her honor.
