Hartill, Eleanor, 83, of Spring Hill, passed June 11, 2017. Born in Brooklyn, New York, she is the daughter of Richard Conklin and Dorothy (Smith) Conklin. She is survived by her husband, William, daughter, Patricia Goumas (Joseph), son, William Hartill (Robin), 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. A mas will be held at a later date at St. Frances Cabrini.
