Emil Pulzato

August 9, 1923 — January 18, 2015

PULZATO, EMIL, 91, of Inverness, former twenty nine year resident of Spring Hill, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2015. He was born in Clifton, New Jersey, the son of John and Eva (Bellora) Pulzato. Emil was a WWII and Korean war navy veteran and a retired machinist. He was an avid sports fan, especially football and baseball. He was a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church where he previously served as usher for over 20 years, and was active in the men's club. Mr. Pulzato previously served as a deacon for St. Brendan's Catholic Church in Clifton, NJ, as Treasurer for the New Jersey Club of Spring Hill, and was former member of the American Legion Post 186 - Brooksville, Florida. Emil is survived by his two loving daughters, Patricia Iannuzzi and Denise Trojanowski and granddaughter, Kristina Allen. He was preceded in death by his wife of sixty two years, Phyllis (Fafara) Pulzato in January 2011, and a brother, Hugo. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 21, from 10:00-11:00AM, at Pinecrest Funeral Chapel, 3369 Mariner Boulevard, Spring Hill. A funeral mass will be conducted at 11:30AM, St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Grace Memorial Gardens in Hudson.
