Father Boris W. Dukeley

DUKELEY, REV. FATHER BORIS W. 86, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away on Monday, June 16, 2014. He was born in Ansonia, CT, the son of Joseph William and Anna M. (Mindera) Dukeley. He earned a Master's Degree from Central Connecticut State University then taught and later became a director in the vocational schools in Connecticut. He also was an ordained priest, later in life, serving at St. Andrew's Ukranian Catholic Church in Brooksville, Florida. He was a Fourth Degree member of the Knights of Columbus, St. Jude Council and member of VFW Post 10209. Father Dukeley is survived by his loving wife, Sophie (Parylovich); three daughters, Donna Tuttle and her husband, George, Susan Dukeley, all in Connecticut; Nancy Corbin, and her husband, Brian, in Massachusetts; two sisters, Sandra Klimkoski, and her husband, James, and JoAnn Dukeley; six grandchildren, Nathan Tuttle, and his wife, Rebecca, Jordan Tuttle, Liza Tuttle, Kristen Masucci, and her husband, Corey, Miles Davis, Trenton Davis, and three great grandchildren, Nicholas and Lillian Tuttle and Mia Masucci. The family will receive friends at St. Andrew's Ukranian Catholic Church, 8064 Weeping Willow Court, Brooksville, on Friday, June 20, from 9:00-10:30AM, followed by a funeral mass at 10:30AM. Interment will take place at St. Michael's Cemetery in Terryville, Connecticut. Arrangements in Connecticut will be provided by Scott Funeral Home 169 Main Street, Terryville, Connecticut. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Andrew's Ukranian Catholic Church in Brooksville.
