Frances A. Rowland

ROWLAND, FRANCES A., 93 of Brooksville, passed away on November 11, 2016. She was born in Athol, Massachusetts, the daughter of John and Thelma (Armon) Navitsky. She was a homemaker and attended St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church and moved to Brooksville in 1982 from Mansfield, Massachusetts and was a member of the High Point Social Club and Tennis Club. Frances is survived by her loving daughters, Judith Farrell, Shirley Glover, and Sheila, and her husband, Joaquin Ricardo, 6 grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Henry Paioni (December 10, 1966) and Armour Rowland (June 5, 1993). Funeral services are private.
