Scheibelein, Frances A., "Dusty", 96, of Brooksville, died December 4, 2013. She worked for the ELks in Brooksville for 30 years, preparing their newsletter, and enjoyed crossword puzzles. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie, and is survived by nephews Thomas Johnson, Edward Hansen, nieces Cindy Hansen and Barbara Hansen.
