Quinn, Janis M. 66, died at her residence in Brooksville, Florida, on December 15, 2025. She is survived by her ex-partner and best friend, Donna Wiegmann, her older brother Tim, her younger brother, Tom, her sister-in-law, Missy, her nephew, Jacob, her nieces Grace, Ava, Jennifer and Sarah, Sarah’s husband, Ray, and their daughter, Penny, her beloved dog, Oreo, and many others. Jan was predeceased by her loving parents, Charles and Shirley Quinn, as well as both sets of grandparents and loving aunt.

Jan was born in Detroit, Michigan on June 8, 1959, and grew up in Livonia, Michigan, and has also lived in New Hampshire and Florida.

Jan had a loving and compassionate spirit, and her passing will leave a void in the hearts of her family, friends and loved ones. She enjoyed motorcycles, gardening, cooking, and a good “haggle” over at her local flea market. Jan loved to help everyone, and she never met a stranger. Her heart was pure and her courage strong. Her legacy will carry on forever reminding us that we control our attitudes, to live life full of meaningful acts of love, gratitude, and kindness.

A Celebration of Life luncheon for close family and friends, to honor the life of Janis Mary Quinn will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 12p at the Brentwood Grille in Novi, MI where loving memories and stories of Jan will be shared and celebrated. RSVP to Missy Quinn by January 16, 2026.

Thank you to everyone for your thoughts and prayers for our Janny “The Pineapple Queen”, she will be missed terribly.
