CZYZNIK, JEAN C. 89, of Brookridge in Brooksville, passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at HPH Hospice. She was born in Chicago, Illinois and was a retired hospital secretary. Jean is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Chester, two sons, Gregory and Donald, and three grandchildren. A memorial mass will be conducted on Thursday, January 2, 2014 at St. Anthony the Abbot Catholic Church in Brooksville.
