Kwang "Jenny" Cha Townsend went to fly with the angels May 14, 2020. She is survived by her daughters, Rhonda and husband Alan, Amy and husband John, brother, So Dong Su, sister, So Young Cha, 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She will truly be missed by her family and friends.
