In Loving Memory of Natasha Fay Papp Natasha Fay Papp, affectionately known as Tasha, who passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2026. She was born on July 15, 1988, in Waterbury, Connecticut, to Elizabeth Rego, her mother, and Paul Papp Jr., her biological father. She was lovingly raised by David Mendoza, her father. In 1989, Tasha and her family moved to Spring Hill, Florida, where she grew up and made many memories with the people she loved. Tasha had a love for dancing and cheer, but one of the greatest joys of her life was being a mother. She was a proud mother to her two children, Nathalia Charles and Darrell Charles, whom she loved more than anything in this world. Tasha also leaves behind her three brothers, Raffaello Rego, David Mendoza Jr., and Antonio Mendoza, and her sister, Nakita Hickey, along with many extended family members and loved ones who will forever cherish her memory.
