Richardo (Richie) Ramos
It was 2:53pm, the darkest hour of the darkest day of our life. Richardo Ramos, our father, our best friend, and our hero, whom we always looked up to as the strongest and the wisest individual you can know, peacefully went to be with his Lord.
Richardo Ramos, age 51, he presently resided in Spring Hill, Florida, passed to be with his Lord on Saturday, July 18th 2015 at 2:53PM, at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. Born in Bronx, New York on December 25th 1963 to Gladys Moreno Guzman and Angel Luis Ramos Carrero, Richie is survived by his 3 loving boys; Giovanni, Fabian and Ricky, 4 grand children; Romeo, Gionnel, Faith and Cataleya, 3 sisters; Mayra, Lissette and Magaly, brother in-laws, and his nieces and nephews.
Richie resided in Rincon, Puerto Rico in his early years of life with his family. He attended Juan Luis Pedroza High School in Rincon, Puerto Rico and graduated from the Inter De Aguadilla with his BA Degree in Electrical and Plumbing 1985. In 1992, Richie owned and operated his first Car Dealership (Richie’s Auto Sales) in Long Island, New York, where he resided most of his life. Thereafter, in 1997 he developed a great interest for Real Estate investments. He developed a successful automotive business and excelled in real estate investments. He always thought “out side the box.” He loved to get involved with new business ventures. His mind set was “if you don’t go for it, you will never know.” He then relocated to Spring Hill, Florida in 2002 where he then continued his great success in business ventures and owned and operated another car dealership (Affordable Auto Sales) and continued his Real Estate investments in the Florida area.
Richie had a passion for cooking “but was a messy but excellent cook,” he enjoyed to entertain, dance, fish, play dominoes and, most importantly, he looked forward to new business ventures. He was well known for his spectacular Christmas party. It was a yearly ritual for him to celebrate his birthday and invite the community to celebrate it with him.
Richie was all about family. He loved his boys and grandchildren beyond words. He was a loving son and brother. He was an amazing father, grandfather and friend. Richie was well known and loved by everyone whom was a part of his life.
Richie will be especially remembered for his quick wit, spirit of adventure, his charisma and his tenaciousness that allowed him to achieve many diverse endeavors.
