Troy L. Rouse

ROUSE, TROY L. 44, of Ridge Manor, passed away at home on January 5, 2014. He was born in Wilmington, Delaware, the son of Charles E. Jr. and Ethel (nee: Kilgoe) Rouse. Troy was a client service coordinator for a non-profit charity organization and loved his two cats, Precious and DJ. He is survived by his parents, Charles and Ethel; his brother and sister-in-law, Charles E. Rouse III, and Cassandra; his sister-in-law, Aretha; two nieces and two nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Vincent. There are no services scheduled at this time.
